This blog (named blaarg since I wanted to be a pirate) had its origins in 1996 when I first wrote an email survey that was asking questions about what my “online” friends thought of me. At the time I was going under the alias HapE and by all standards of decency was annoying. This questionaire developed into the equivalent of “comments” that everyone is hopefully familiar with now.
The entire original page of Happy Land was written in loose HTML and lots of stolen javascript. It was ugly and not user-friendly but did hey… it was 1996. Lots of people had no clue what I was doing in my free-time and why I was on the computer so much.
As a culmination of all things I now have this domain www.theboobiehatch.com which I intend to exploit to all possible limits. Fort the most part it is a near complete collection of all my photos, dating since I was a kid, to video and obviously this blog.
More of a testing ground and general hobby, time will tell what hacks & absurdities this site will develop into. Here’s hoping that one day you will find it absurd and enjoy yourself! Thanks for isiting!
